It was previously stated that this would be held at the Ramada, however, due to the orders from Governor Ducey in relation to COVID-19 this meeting will be held via teleconference. Please note, no nominations for the board were received. A ballot has been provided and should you choose, you may list a “write in” candidate, or candidates. Because of the altered nature of the meeting, ballots may be e-mailed in to Heywood Management through end of day April 15th, to lindsey@heywoodmanagement.com. In keeping with your community Bylaws, actions that would have been taken at an Annual Meeting can be taken by written ballot (provided). Submitted ballots will serve as verification of quorum for the purpose of this meeting. A brief Board Meeting will be held immediately following the Annual Meeting.
Additionally, in keeping with the Governing Documents, should no nominations for the board be presented, “a director shall continue to hold office until the director’s successor is elected, designated, or appointed and qualified…” Current board members are Chris Griffin, George Mirza, and Ganesh Krishnamurthy
